half an apple sliced very thin with either flavored cream cheese or fruity yogurt for dipping!!
Have you tried dried blueberries?? yummy and actually low glucose as well. You don’t want to spike your glucose any more than I do!!
Have you looked at all the cheese choices? Edam is really good with apples or pears!!
I get tired and bored with the same thing every day too.
Fruit is always a good option as long as it’s not fruit that isn’t naturally high on the glycemic index (watermelon, pineapple, etc). Apples are great. Crackers are also good–those 100 calorie packs are perfect.
I’ve found that apples and other fruits are the best snacks because of their natural sugars. Trail mixes are good too, but you have to be careful because if you eat too many nuts (peanuts, almonds, etc), you can gain weight.
I like granola bars, they go everywhere.
Balance the amount of meds taken with the food you eat.
Thats low, its probably diabetes. My blood sugar dropped and i almost passed out at work, went to the doctor got monitored and found out i was diabetic.
Fruit, peanut butter crackers or even graham crackers.
