What is the best diet if I am lactose intolerant, hypoglycemic, and allergic to MSG?
I suppose it will have to be vegan, with no processed foods, and avoiding potatoes, tomatoes, dairy and soy, and fruit. What is left for me to eat? Seriously, is there any diet out there that will give me enough nutrition? What are the foods I should stress in my diet?

I would consider trying the "Eat to Live" diet if I were you. It’s flexible enough to suit non-vegetarians, vegetarians, and vegans. Plus, it’s been used a lot with diabetics, so I’m pretty sure it would help your hypoglycemia. And since it revolves around whole foods, MSG wouldn’t be a problem.

A diabetic diet…you knocked out most of the best foods with the intolerances there. Gonna assume you don’t eat meat…maybe you should see a nutritionist or dietitian, but you’ll just end up with a Diabetic Diet with extra limitations
