I had a a club sandwich & fries out, when I got home I took 7units of Humalog (based on my my highest sliding-scale reading of over 400 before dinner..) Do you think I got it ‘about right’..?

And I also heard that whey isolates are better than whey concentrates. But when I looked at the ingredients of Optimum Gold Nutrition Standard it says "Other Ingredients: Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate." Why does it have the label concentrate under other ingredients if its suppose to be an isolate and the best whey protein in the market?
