i want to make a diabetic pumpkin bread. it calls for sugar n brown sugar. i have splenda, is there a substitute for the brown sugar?

Yes, you can buy brown sugar splenda at Wal-Mart. It will be right by the brown sugar.
Splenda has a brown sugar. But I want to suggest that you also include a thickener (like ThinkenThin)…. it will give the bread more volume…. I’ve cooked a lot with splenda…and without a thickener, my breads & cookies are usually flat.
