is there any hospitals in auburn california that offers free diabetics supplies? or atleast cheap supplies?
or at least cheap supplies? i’m planning on moving there next summer i’ll be 18 and i’m a type one diabetic. i’m going to be living with my aunt until i can afford an apartment for myself. i’ll have no job when i get there so i have to have my diabetic supplies until i have a job that offers health insurance.

Yes, you can go to General Hospital or Women’s and Children Hospital. Try it.They gave me all free.I’m diabetic too.
Be checking on the doctors in the area, one good way is to go to http://www.ratemds.com it is not a commercial site it is for telling what you think of doctors good or bad. I think it also lists hospitals and clinics but not sure.
It would be best to locate your medical needs first before you ever go out there. Ask your aunt if she knows of free or low cost clinics for a time. Or after you check out the doctors in that area you can see if the office or clinic allows help.
Also go to the site of your insulin company. Many of them have help sources for people who are in need.
The one thing that is not on the help sources is the test strips!! That is the main thing you will need help with.
Check with the County Hospital.
