If you are trying to get diabetes and eating sugar then you are on the right track because all the empty calories will cause you to gain weight and may even cause your body to stop utilizing the insulin it makes. Don't ask for trouble, just eat healthy and try to avoid this disease by staying healthy. Unless it is in your genes then you shouldn't have to worry too much. It is a disease that comes through heredity or being fat. The disease is caused when your body fails to put out enough insulin.
