A person has to purchase those bracelets for themselves. They are available at http://www.medicalert.com and are very important to have, in case you can’t speak for yourself in an emergency situation.
The alledged free diabetic supplies I can’t help you with. You just have to read the info on their website or give them a cal to find out how they can help you.
Neither Medicare nor Medicaid pays for such bracelets but there are some diabetic supply companies who will give you a bracelet for free in order to earn your business since there are so many companies to choose from. You might wish to make a few telephone calls and see if you are able to find such a company. I wish you the very best of health and in all things may God bless.
You can get them through several companies.. Your Dr. will let them know what you need.. There is a problem .. I have found with Liberty Medical.. it’s best to let them know you’ll call them ..when you are getting low on strips.. or need new batteries or other supplies, as they will send you everything ..every time and waste money.. Yes. Insurance will pay for it .. But why receive more then you need.??
