I take Humalog and Lantus insulin. I also need syringes .05 ml and blood strips one touch ultra.
I appreciate any help!

If you’re in UK, it is all free. Your doctor should just prescribe them for you and you get your prescription from the chemist. You might have to pay £6.85 for each prescription if you’re not exempt, but it’s free here on the NHS.
My doctor kindly gives me insulin and needles, when he has extra. Also, his staff should be able to get you in touch with the companies that make the insulin as there are programs out there that can help. Does your state have a Medicaid program? You need to look into this right away. But check with your doctor first about samples or extras as they always get these from the drug reps.
1. the health department
2. your doctors office for some freebees?
3. our town had info that you could go to the manufacturer with an income statement and send it all in with a script from the doc and get free or subsidized meds
4. have you talked to your doc or pharmacist about generics?
5. a church or charity that might be willing to buy them? (not hand you the money, go with you and purchase them)
good luck
It’s called the county hospitol and get on any program they got. Here in San Antonio it’s through the University Health system-Carelink program- they go by your income.
Wal-Mart sells Regular insulin (Reli-On) brand for much cheaper. You can reuse your syringes a few times. Can you not go on a government insurance program? This is too important to mess with. Let your doctor know immediately that you’re having this problem so he can direct you to some resources.
Lilly (who makes Humalog… not sure about Lantus) has a program called LillyCares that can get you free insulin. You have to apply for it and get your doctor to sign off… application is available from the Lilly website.
