I watched my sugar levels. However, towards the end I weighted 200 lbs and was on watch. My daughter came out fine (9 lbs) and had to be tested. She was healthy and normal. AS for the delivery it was a little harder. The reason it seems worse is because your eating for two and its alot harder to keep your sugar level at the norm.
