Eat lots of wholoe grains, and cut back on the refined sugar. Supplement it with one gram of cinnamon to improve insulin function, and top it off with regular exercise.
keep your weight down, exercise, watch what foods you put in your body
Please check out (Eat to live) by dr Joel Fuhrman. If you know someone with this disease get them the book too. Your diet caused it and can reverse it.80 percent of this dr’s patients were weaned off of their insulin within a month.Yes cured! Your diet is more important than genes. go to http://www.drfuhrman.com if you have any questions email me at carolinatinpan@yahoo.com
just do be a fat girl.
the best thing to do is to eat healthy, balanced meals . . watch your sugar intake . . drink lots of water . . and exercise . . good luck!
Maintain a healthy body weight and eat sensibly. However, if something is in your genetics, then no matter what you do, you may not be able to avoid it.
work out and eat heathy. Just stay active and fit.
Start using the diabetic diet now stay away from high carbs and starches and of course natural sugar , excercise and keep the weight away and stay away from any anti depressants or anti psych meds
To prevent being diagnosed, simply avoid the dr. To keep from becoming diabetic, get regular exercise and eat right. Limit your fats and sweets (basically limit processed foods). The more fruits, veggies and whole grains you incorporate into your dialy diet, the more healthy you will be overall. Webmd.com has basic dietary guidelines to help you out if you are clueless.
Prevent is the key word. Diet and exercise being the obvious answer. However there is a new, all natural, organic, functional food supplement available that has helped pre diabetics and helped with symptoms for those with diabetes. Go to

you need to eat a balanced diet and exercise. make sure that you limit your intake on the sweet stuff. it’s important that you keep the balance. My husband and I are both in danger of getting this disease because he and my family have a history with it. good luck and God bless you
Type 1 diabetes is strictly genetic, but it is often latent until some serious illness. Type 2 diabetes is partially genetic, but is ultimately cause by chronic overweight. So my best advice is to just try to stay healthy.
Absolutely essential to keep your weight down…not too skinny…a healthy weight for your height. Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Avoid putting junk food and drinks in you diet. Nothing with white flour, no white bread, anything with that nasty corn syrup in. Lots of whole grains and veggies. There are so many books out there now on Diabetes cooking you will be surprised how healthy food can taste so good. Steer clear of sodas-full of sugar. Good Luck.
Try a vegan diet. Recent research shows the vegan diet will reverse type II diabetes. See http://www.vegetarianorganiclife.com/ and http://www.newstarget.com/019785.html I also believe the vegan diet will substantially help prevent the secondary complications of type-1 diabetes.
by not going to a doctor who is the person allowed by the FDA and organized medicine to make diagnoses. makes sense to me!
