somewhat but the befits are good,ie,fiber and potassium….not more than one/day
That is what a banana would do to me! I avoid bananas unless there are a few slices in fruit salads then I compensate for the sugars in the fruit salad with no other carb food in that meal, only meats and cheeses.
My other question is what is her bedtime snack and glucose reading before and 2 hours after that snack? I really want my glucose reading to be no higher than 125 at bedtime! that way I don’t get the Dawn Phenomenon of going too low at 2 am then having raging number at rising.
