You really need to work with a dietitian. How is it that you have GD and never had an appointment yet ? I would question your OB/GYN on this.
Bagels, especially cinnamon and raisin turn into a lot of carbohydrates.
Try half the bagel with part of the middle scooped out.[ more room for cream cheese ]
Then try sugar free yogurt.
Lunch try 1 slice pizza and extra milk or veggies.Learn the carbs in fruit Mixed fruit in high sugar syrup is not the best.
For dinner try filling half of your plate with veggies.Use 1/4 for carbs and the other 1/4 for lean protein.
For a bed time snack try milk and a couple small cookies or another milk product. Cheese and crackers would also be good. An apple with a bit of PB is nice too.
Good luck.
In the past I’ve worked with Diabetes Society of the Santa Clara Valley as their Outreach Chairman for about 3 years. I’ve had Type 1 Diabetes since 1974.
I don’t know as to a special diet but you need to eat healthy and keep your sugars as normal as possible. The only thing I see a red flag for would be the sweet tea. That can drive your blood sugar crazy. Know too that pizza is very high in carbohydrates.
