I have had the SAME thing for breakfast for 3 months.
1 bagel (cinn. raisin) with cream cheese
1 8oz low fat fruit yogurt
and a cup of coffee w/2 tablespoons of sugar and whole milk.

Lunch varies daily. I work at a preschool, and we’re on the food program, so its always healthy.
Ex. Today we had:
2 slices of pizza
Green beans
Mixed fruit
8 oz of milk

Dinner is kind of whatever I find. (meal suggestions would be awesome.)

Snacks are usually fruit or a sandwich.

I drink a TON of flavored water (at least 3 24oz at work) and I also drink a lot of sweet sweet tea.

WHAT needs to change?
