The answers you have already gotten are correct. You can be in a hypoglycemic condition and not have severe problems as long as you address the hypoglycemic condition promptly.
Hypoglycemia is not a disease; it is a condition which is symptomatic of another condition or disease.
If you mean can you ignore hypoglycemic episodes and not develop more severe problems, the answer is maybe but probably not as often it is a sign of diabetes which cannot be left untreated.
So when you feel shaky when your blood sugar levels drop, what do you do? Have a little something to eat or ignore it? Whatever you do, don’t ignore it. The low glucose levels indicate that your body is not able to produce the energy it needs to operate properly.

yes, people can manage quite well just by watching what they eat and when.
Yes you can have hypoglycemia without many symptoms. I have had it for years. The only difference I see in my health is that I know when I have gone too long without eating by getting shaky.
