Drink a tablespoon of virgin coconut oil twice a day.
That will dramatically reduce your blood sugar. I can give you a dozen reason, but you’d better google it and find out yourself.

cinammon. Trust me. My dad had high blood sugar and it works. You mix cinammon with plain yogurt and eat it like that.
Does your doctor know?
Avoid sodas: Either they have sugar, or the artificial sweetener is something that will play havoc with your blood sugar.
Avoid refined sugar (the white stuff on the table).
Remember to eat regularly.
Keep a bag of almonds on hand for when you need to level out your blood sugar quickly.

A good lower calorie diet and lots of exercise!
are you getting in enough movement during the day? are you eating too many "cheat treats"?
But if you have type 2, do realize that this is an ever changing disease! It progresses sometimes despite our best efforts to do the right things!
I have recently added Humalog to my days!! I hate that, but is the way it is unless I want to eat nothing but spinach for a while and run continuously!
You can try the cinnamon, sprinkle lots on foods, or take the capsule found in health stores. Take chromium picolinate, take garlic, take the Q10?? enzyme. All these are supposed to help glucose levels. For some people maybe they do. All we can do is try different things.
Star exercising. That is the best way. Exercise lowers blood glucose, increases insulin sensitivity, lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, burns fat, and improves circulation. Type 2 diabetes is completely preventable.
Dry Bitter Gourd, If you can’t find them pre- pack which I have seen, if not, go get the fresh ones, slice it thinly, sun it out ,preferbly the morning sun as the uv is not so strong, and if you are lucky it might be dry in a day or so, if not, take it out and sun it again the next day. keep the rest in a container as you would y r tea leaves. Just make the bitter gourd tea as you would chinese tea. The results are amazing.
Burn off the sugar by plenty of exercises and diet
exercise, fruit and exercise together, lots of fluids
Try the South Beach Diet. Its low carb and this should help you get your blood sugar down.
Also, drink more plain water, it helps your body flush out excess sugar.
Get more exercise. It really does work. Get a small set of dumbbells and when you are watching TV use them. Walk whenever you can, instead of using the car. Do more housework, gardening, anything that gets you moving.
If you enjoy sports, try things like swimming, hiking, walking, cycling. Anything that gives you a slow steady burn of calories will help bring your blood sugar down.

HOWEVER – do not, repeat, do not exercise when your blood sugar is over 250 mg/dL, especially in Type 1 diabetics. It can be dangerous if your blood sugar is too high when you start.

Cinnamon, and certain other supplements can help, but a low carb diet and more exercise will do more than any thing else, except for insulin itself.

There are only a few reasons for having high blood glucose (I’m also assuming you have diabetes):
- eating more carbohydrate than your body can tolerate
- eating too much food, period that is leading you to weigh more than you should
- needing to be on medication or insulin
- having an insulin plan that needs to be adjusted
- not exercising enough
- not following your diabetes eating plan
- recent illness or severe stress
If you know which of the above is YOUR problem, then that needs to be dealt with before you add alternative methods. The reason for this is that the above reasons make the BIGGEST difference. Natural remedies may be helpful but not when the things above are out of whack.
Meet with a registered dietitian and/or diabetes educator to figure out what will help you most.
Exercise! Taking a 15-minute brisk walk, dancing, walking up and down steps, can all bring down your BG naturally.
